The Malison Lake at Barangays Pandan and Bonga, is an idyllic place
where you can go swimming with the majestic view of the peak of Mayon
Volcano in the background. This resort is 3.5 kilometers away from the
poblacion. It offers a spacious parking lot with facilities. Aside from
swimming, one can go fishing and boating at the lake. It has 16
cottages, 4 lodging rooms, a large function room and videoke service.
Awarded as the 2nd Cleanest Inland Bodies (Category B- Lake) of water by the Gawad Pangulo sa Kapaligiran (DILG) Regional Office No. V, Legazpi City last December 7, 2001, Malison Lake is considered one of the cleanest bodies of water in Ligao City. Malison Lake is noted for its ambience and peaceful feel that is perfect for special gatherings like birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, and others. Boat rowing, fishing, and swimming are some of the activities that tourists can enjoy.
